Illustrated the new upcoming 53rd tournament. His work has become part of the visual identity of the White Marlin Open—recognized by anglers across generations.

SOUTHERN LEGENDS
In addition to his wildlife and sportfishing artwork, Jim is the creator of the Southern Legends series—a growing collection of illustrations inspired by the rich folklore, mysterious events, and remarkable true stories found throughout the American South.
From legendary creatures and ghostly tales to forgotten history and strange real-life occurrences, each piece combines careful research with artistic interpretation. Some stories have been passed down through generations as local folklore, while others are based on documented events so unusual they seem almost impossible to believe.
Through Southern Legends, Jim seeks to preserve these unique stories and the colorful characters who helped shape Southern culture, creating artwork that invites viewers to explore the line between history, legend, and mystery. This series continues to grow as new stories are discovered and brought to life through original

illustrations and 20" x 16" fine art prints.
